1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Victor Vu ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the mobile game Ball We Jump (the "App"). The App includes advertisements served through Google AdMob. AdMob is operated by Google LLC and may collect and use data for advertising purposes as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information stored on your device (by us)

We store the following information only on your device. It is not sent to servers we operate: • High score — to remember your best score in the game • Tutorial preference — whether you have dismissed the first-run tap hint We do not operate our own user accounts or backend database for this App.

2.2 Information collected for advertising (AdMob)

When you use the App, Google AdMob may automatically collect information such as: • Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android, or IDFA on iOS, depending on your device settings and consent) • Device information (device model, operating system version, language, screen size) • IP address (which may be used to infer approximate location) • App interactions related to ads (such as ad impressions and clicks) • Diagnostic or performance data related to ad delivery This information is processed by Google under its own privacy policies. We do not store this advertising data on our own servers. AdMob uses this data to display ads, measure ad performance, help prevent fraud, and—where allowed by law and your choices—personalize advertisements. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions that require consent, you may see a consent message before personalized ads are shown.

2.3 Optional platform gaming services

If you choose to use Profile and Sign In: • On iOS, you may sign in with Apple Game Center • On Android, you may sign in with Google Play Games Sign-in and leaderboards are provided by Apple or Google, not by us. Their collection and use of data is governed by their privacy policies: • Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ • Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy We do not receive your platform account password.

2.4 Invite friends (sharing)

If you tap Invite Friends, the App can open sharing options (such as Messages, Facebook, X, or your device's share menu) with a pre-written message about the game. You choose whether to send anything. We do not receive the content of messages you send.

2.5 App version

The App may read app version information from your device to display it in Settings. We do not use this for cross-app tracking or advertising on our own.

3. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

We do not directly collect: • Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact us for support) • Precise GPS location (AdMob may infer approximate region from IP address) • Photos, contacts, or calendar data • Payment or financial information (the App has no in-app purchases)

4. How We Use Information

We use locally stored data only to provide gameplay and remember your preferences. Google AdMob uses data to show and measure advertisements in the App. If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, Apple or Google use data according to their policies to provide leaderboards and related features. If you contact us for support, we use your email only to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information. AdMob may use data for personalized advertising according to Google's settings and your device and consent choices.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following types of third-party services: • Google AdMob — Displays advertisements. Provider: Google LLC. 6. Your Choices and Controls

Advertising preferences

• On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising. • On Android: Settings → Google → Ads to reset or opt out of personalized ads. Limiting or resetting your advertising ID may reduce personalized ads, but ads may still appear.

Game services

You can play without signing in to Game Center or Google Play Games.

Local data

You can delete local App data by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings.

7. Data Retention

On-device game data is kept until you uninstall the App or clear app data. Data processed by AdMob and Google is retained according to Google's privacy policy. If you email us for support, we keep your message only as long as needed to help you, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own systems. If AdMob is used in child-directed mode, advertising is limited according to Google's child-directed settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact victorv.realest@gmail.com.

9. International Transfers

Google and other platform providers may process data in the United States and other countries. See Google's privacy policy for information about safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Security

We rely on your device's security and on established third-party services. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add or change features. We will post the updated version and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
